After a back-to-back Korean food, let's move a little to Japanese food. I've seen a lot of my friends post about this restaurant and this was the first time I had time to try it. I fall in love with their facade, cute interior, even their sign. But most important thing is I fall in love with their food!! Ok.. it become my first Japanese food list to try! Especially love their ceiling, full with origami flower that spin slowly Refer to my late post >> http://jessappetite.weebly.com/culinary/nama-sushi Their menu is quite similar with nama sushi, named it Kabuto beef, samon tar-tar etc. Made me wonder if they're in the same group I usually decide whether Japanese restaurant good or not is from their salmon sashimi. This one... absolutely lovely. Their pink salmon have a great color. I ordered Salmon served with tar tar sauce. Completely love their tar tar sauce. Topped is tobiko (fish egg) and they're fresh! I couldn't even taste a slight wierd smell. One thing about Japanese food. Light taste! So this Yakisoba full with vegetable and seafood has a very nice light flavor. Unfortunately, their vegetables a little bit bitter. But other then that, perfect! The udon was soft and smooth. Seafood cooked very well. Perfect! They're famous about this sushi-steps! And I can imagine why... all the sashimi burned by kitchen torch. So it made the color looks great and smell nice. All the ingredients was half cooked and soft. Especially love their salmon and beef here, they're like melting in my mouth. One point minus is for their rice. Usually, rice in sushi is compact and stick together. This one fall down easily.
