Once again, it's all about my childhood food. I didn't eat them like in 10 years or more. Suddenly I found it again at zomato and missed this one. An old Chinese restaurant that I used to come with my aunt. Usually I order kuotie and fried vermicelli. Like the old time, that day I ordered the same things. This really bring out memory. They really do put all the condiments and spices on the table. I mixed up the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and a little black vinegar. Those who like, their sambal is great! But since I need to control my gastro, so I need to skip it again. Let's talk about their signature food, kuo tie. Filled with ground meat (which I assume it was pork) and vegetables and wrapped in a thin dough. This ones were fried kuo tie. The filling was very full, like in one second it could explode. But unfortunately the taste was quite standard. I also ordered another dish, fried vermicelli. The portion like for 3 to 4 people. It's HUGE! This one taste better than their kuo tie. But still i think it's not good enough for me. The filling was like ordinary fried vermicelli, eggs, cabbage, vegetable, meatball and once again pork. Their pork was very nice and tender. And after that, I went to pasar baru to seek dessert, also from my childhood memories. Es sari salju. It's only ice shaved with condensed milk and sprinkle. So yummy! Address
