I got confused post or not to post this genki sushi, because I had already post it before (follow the link http://jessappetite.weebly.com/culinary/genki-sushi-serving-sushi-with-train) . After not so long thinking about this, I decided to write again about this lovely sushi. Not only because it is different store, but I'm pretty sure this restaurant is my most favourite japanese restaurant right now.
Here is now my favourite drink in town! I'm suppa in love with this since my boyfriend asked me to try it. It's their signature dish, macchiato! When I first heard about it, I was thingking about espresso with a dash of frothy steamed milk. But I was wrong. It wasn't coffee, it was tea macchiato.
I've already seen this cafe for a long long time, but never had a chance to try it. And that day, me in a group of 4 went to this Warung Koffie Batavia, used to be Warung Koffie Tinggi. I heard many times about their coffee and their traditional Indonesia cake 'Kue Cubit'. So that day is my chance!
It was my birthday! My co-workers made a little plan by calling my boy to my office and surprise me well. After that, my boy asked me took me away from office and went to Mad for garlic, a restaurant in the same group as the very famous 'Tony Romas'. Until now, I'm really thanks my co-workers and my boy that made my day!
Another fast food day! It's quite a month ago that I tried this one. But I'm t lazy to edit the photos. So, while I'm in the mood of it.. Here we go!!! Last month was a huge announcement from KFC, about this very tempting HOT and cheese chicken. So just after a few days after the launching, I tried it at Grand Indonesia.
When it come to the 'BER' month, which I mean are September, October, November and December, only one word comes to me 'WEDDING'! I don't know why but it become tradition in my country. I always enjoy going to a wedding. It's really an honoured to be part of someone's else big day!
It's located in Grand Indonesia. It's quite new. And as I can remember, always full with people queueing. But, maybe because it's fasting period and also holiday is coming, lucky me, directly got a spot there. It's Tokyo #1 Soba!
Have you ever tried one of the most delicious udon in town? Well i can recommend this Marugame Udon & tempura. The store is every where in the mall. Interior, looks really nice. First line up to pick the food, liked in canteen or well.. ikea.. and then the servant will directly choose the table for us.
Another creation from Ismaya Group, one of the biggest culinary group in Jakarta. From all of many restaurant, Fook Yew is the only Chinese brand in Jakarta, and be my favourite restaurant since them. The design is cute, with their concept 'not made in China' capture my heart. But I think their interior too dark. *cry*. I looked up the menu, go to the page and that page and that page and get confused. There are so many and everything look so delicious. arghh!! After a while, I decided to pick soup, chasiu chicken and baby kailan. My favourit here is Chasiu Chicken. The taste is in between standard and delicious. But still, it's good to come back again.
Address Grand Indonesia, Entertainment district 3A Floor Jln. MH Thamrin No.1 What I ordered Hot n sour soup Rp 27.000 Chasiu Chicken Rp 57.000 Baby kailan salted Rp 55.000 Steam rice Rp 10.000 Chrysantenum tea Rp 12.000 |
